Return Policy

If you'd like to return an item, here’s what we ask — and what you can expect.

Unused & Intact Returns

You’ll need to send back items that are unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and packed in their original packaging. We also ask that you include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return — this helps us process it quickly and accurately.

Damaged/Missing/Used Items

If your item shows obvious signs of use; isn’t in its original condition; arrives damaged; or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we’ll review the situation carefully and issue a partial refund based on the condition and completeness of what’s returned. We handle these cases individually — and always aim to be fair and transparent about the outcome.

Getting Your Return Address

We don’t publish a generic return address. Instead, you’ll need to reach out directly so we can provide the correct one for your order. Just email us at lisaut2025@163.com, and we’ll reply within 24 hours with your return address.
